THESE COURSES WILL ALLOW STUDENTS TO PARTICIPATE IN VARIOUS TEAM AND INDIVIDUAL SPORTS. STUDENTS WILL ASSESS THEIR FITNESS LEVELS, INTERPRET THE RESULTS, AND SET GOALS FOR THEIR PERSONAL FITNESS PLAN. POSSIBLE UNITS COULD INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: SOFTBALL, VOLLEYBALL, BASKETBALL, FLOOR HOCKEY, BADMINTON, PICKLEBALL, TENNIS, SOCCER, GOLF, ARCHERY, PHYSICAL FITNESS TESTING, AND ETC.
